I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my account. A payment was sent to me by a client on September 22 or 23, but I have yet to receive the funds.
I understand there was a system error recently, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a delay. I’ve always followed the correct process for receiving payments, and everything has worked smoothly in the past.
Could someone from the team kindly assist in resolving this issue? I’d appreciate it if you could confirm whether there’s anything else I need to do to ensure the payment is processed successfully.
