Receiving Error

Hello Parallax Team,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my account. A payment was sent to me by a client on September 22 or 23, but I have yet to receive the funds.
I understand there was a system error recently, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a delay. I’ve always followed the correct process for receiving payments, and everything has worked smoothly in the past.
Could someone from the team kindly assist in resolving this issue? I’d appreciate it if you could confirm whether there’s anything else I need to do to ensure the payment is processed successfully.

And for your concern, unsure about the systems error referred to, but please double check with your sender the transfer details they used if it all matches your bank details. If they match and they are set to be sent asap, request for their trace ID (if via ACH) and IMAD (if via wire) so that we could trace them for you.
